These state of the art medium power amplifiers cover 110-170 GHz in full band and narrow band models.
In the range 110-150 GHz available gain is 30 dB with +13 dBm Psat. Full band version provides 20 dB gain and up to +20 dBm Psat.
Applications include communication systems, converters and radars.
