
Precision gold plated copper alloy waveguide bends with frequency coverage from 75 GHz to 1.1 THz. Specifically fabricated for THz applications, these rugged waveguide 90 deg bends have industry's lowest loss. Available in 90 deg E plane or H plane versions, these waveguide bends can be tailored to custom lengths. Fitted with IEEE 1785.2 flanges above 300 GHz for lowest loss and minimal reflection. Standard dimensions are 22 x 22 mm with a 90 deg bend angle.

1. New waveguide definitions are in use above 110 GHz, as defined by IEEE standards up to 1.1 THz.
2. *Depends on Model. Above 110 GHz most units (see photo) are machined from solid brass and gold plated.
3. There are variations in industry 'standard' flanges. Above 300 GHz additional dowel pins as per IEEE 1785.2 are fitted as standard.
4. Waveguide WR03 historically covers 220-325 GHz, the new standard WM-864 extends coverage to 220 – 330 GHz, provided as standard.
5. Standard 90 deg waveguide bends are 22 x 22 mm and machined in solid brass gold plated. Custom lengths and materials available to order.
6. How to make a request: specify Model number eg. THZWGE-03 is an E plane 90 deg bend. The H plane equivalent is Model THZWGH-03.
